IN CASE OF DAMAGE

If an item is received in a damaged condition, Please contact customer service. We are here to help. Damaged items must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery.

PAYMENT POLICY

If you pay by charge card, your account is charged just before shipping on in stock items. Custom made and special order items are charged to your account when the order is taken as payment in advance is required on these items.

  • Foreign orders: Pay by MasterCard, VISA, or American Express.

  • Ordering by Fax

    • FAX NUMBER: 815-722-2169

    • If possible, use order form. Fill in form completely for all orders.

    • Type or print using black ink, preferably a felt tip pen.

    • Send your fax number and address including country with all communications.

    • Payment: Include VISA,  MasterCard, or American Express  number and expiration date.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • USA 48 States:

    • A 10% shipping, handling and insurance charge is added to each order. There is a $7.50 minimum and a $30 maximum for orders shipped via UPS Ground service. UPS Air Service & Federal Express are available, additional charges apply.

     

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico:

    • Orders are shipped by UPS Air or Federal Express, additional charges will be applied.

     

  • FOREIGN SHIPMENTS (Including Canada)

    • Post Office Surface, Post Office Air Mail and UPS Surface Canada:

    • A 5% Foreign documentation charge ($7.50 minimum, $30 maximum) plus the actual charges for Air or Surface are added to each order. Shipping charges must be paid in advance. Please inquire for estimated charges. The customer is responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.

    • Air Freight Prepaid: A 5% Foreign documentation charge ($7.50 min., $30 maximum) is added to each order. Duties and taxes are paid by you upon delivery. Air freight charges must be prepaid.

    • We cannot ship exhaust systems or cut pile carpets by Post Office. Some foreign shipments may have to go by dimensional weight.

EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

All returns or exchanges must be authorized by Customer Service before sending product  back. Call Us - We are here to help.

Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt for exchange or refund.

All returned items must be unused and in resalable condition.

Return the item to us postpaid.

You must include a copy of your invoice with a complete explanation of the problem.
